UX Designer

About the Role:

An individual responsible for handling creative work, graphic design, and visual design for our mobile and web products.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with management and product engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions in visual design and user experience for web based banking platform.

Execute all stages of visual design, from concept development to final handoff and implementation.

Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex designs.

Plan and execute innovation projects.

Adjust designs while accommodating engineering and design constraints.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with PM, engineering, and UX teams.

About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.

A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills.

Ability to rapidly produce multiple UX concepts.

Experience in designing and iterating web applications.

Strong analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Advanced proficiency in using Figma, Design System and other supporting tools.

Solid understanding of visual design principles, including composition, layout, information hierarchy, typography, and color.

Experience in developing web based products with responsive design requirement.

Minimum of 2 years of experience designing consumer-friendly interactive experiences.
