Associate Product Design

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

Learn and apply design systems, prototyping tools, and accessibility best practices across projects

Create design artifacts across the full product lifecycle — user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI

Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to design intuitive, impactful user experiences

Support user research and usability testing to help inform design decisions

Learn through hands-on project experience, feedback, and mentorship from the design team

Requirements

Person We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2/4.0

Fresh graduate or professional with up to 1 year of relevant work experience

A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving ability, and UI/UX projects is required. Please include a link in your resume

Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

Strong problem-solving skills and a critical thinking mindset

Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team

A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Have some hands-on experience using AI tools in the design process — for ideation, prototyping, or bridging design and development is a plus

Interested in exploring UX Engineering and turning designs into functional, interactive prototypes
