Creative Designer AdOps

- Develop creative visual concepts for client advertising campaigns.

- Create design materials for digital ads, key visuals, digital banners, simple motion graphics.

- Collaborate with the creative team, content writers, account executives, and marketing to produce visuals that meet the client's brief.

- Ensure all design outputs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

- Able to translate briefs into engaging, communicative, and impactful visuals.

- Conduct design revisions based on internal and client feedback.

- Work within tight deadlines.

- Keep up with the latest trends in design, advertising, social media, and AI creative tools.

- Proficient in design software: Adobe Family (Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, After Effects) & Figma.

- Skills Creative concept development (Visual storytelling).

- Understanding design requirements for digital campaigns.

- Ability to create simple motion graphics is a plus.

- Strong sense of aesthetics and up-to-date with visual trends.

- Ability to work quickly and handle client revisions.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Familiarity with using AI tools for creative workflow needs.
